Helping Businesses Develop A Marketing Strategy & Sales Funnel
I published “How to Sell Products and Services with Mobile Apps: The Blueprint for Marketing on 5.4 Billion Mobile Devices” in 2013 (Kindle) and 2015 (Paperback), which I wrote while exploring and researching the next frontier of Internet marketing.

With 5.4 billion smartphones worldwide, the app phenomenon was the next wave to hit the market in 2010 and 2011 after the rise of affiliate marketing in the early 2000s and Social Media in 2006. I was eager to capitalize on its potential and help local businesses generate more sales on smartphones.
I published a book on Mobile Marketing for Local Businesses, which became a recommended reading at the University of Hong Kong in April 2016 and WSB Universities in Poland in 2015. I wrote the book to help local businesses develop a marketing strategy and a sales funnel with Mobile apps.
How Do You Define UX Design?
UX design is a user-centric process that aims to identify the needs and wants of users and thus meet their expectations by providing them with the experience they have always wanted to have. Great UX design seeks to create and repeat memorable experiences where users not only find themselves hooked on the product itself but end up becoming Evangelists preaching and converting others to their new little pride and joy.
On page 14 of my book, I talk about the viral nature of mobile apps and what makes them viral if you have all the ingredients in place. I wrote: “Viral ability is about interacting with people and enticing them to participate, and that it can be built into the app from the beginning”. I go on to say that first and foremost that your app has to have something valuable to share. This something could be anything of great value, e.g., it could be a coupon, a gift, a voucher card, a great quote, a Bible verse, or a great user experience, etc.
Understanding how emotional design works is essential to building lasting bonds with users. Emotional design for better user engagement is a key essential ingredient of UX design that must be mastered by any serious business that wants to succeed and thrive. This is where the money is, to build loyalty and trust, and maximize sales.
